Four days, three nights (October 24-27) on a secluded, spacious property outside San Diego, CA (1-hour drive from San Diego international airport)
All meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast), snacks, and beverages

ABOUT THE HOST
Alene works with disruptors. She supports those who are ready to step off the beaten path and design what’s next. She does this by helping her clients create a compelling vision, achieve clarity, and map out a path amidst unknown and uncharted territory.
Prior to founding Blue Sky Coaching in 2016, she spent 12 years in research and strategy, asking for and then making sense of everyone’s opinions while running a business by building, developing, and managing high performing teams. Her coaching work has spanned the gamut from one-on-one private coaching to retreats to team leadership development in organizations to money coaching with Capital One to executive coaching and facilitation with Chief. She loves combining inquisitive coaching methodology with strategic thinking and planning to help clients achieve things they didn’t believe were possible.
When she’s not calling forth greatness in others, Alene loves to travel (26 countries and counting!), loses track of time watching Ted Lasso, and is likely to be caught eating coffee ice cream straight out of the carton.
